Getting Started
Want to start collecting cards on Dark Emblem? Just follow these quick steps and you'll have your first pack in no time!
Create a WAX account
To get started with WAX, you'll need to create a WAX account. Head over to WAX.io to create an account. You can go straight to All Access WAX and click "Sign Up For Account". Enter your email and password, and you are all set.
Purchase WAXP
Once you are logged into your WAX account, click "Buy WAXP" on the far right. There are tons of ways to buy WAXP. I use Bittrex, but if your bank allows you can use MoonPay for instant purchases.
Connect to Dark Emblem
Once you have funded your WAX account, head over to the Dark Emblem dApp and click "Login" on the top right. You can use WAX Cloud Wallet or Anchor to log in.
Click the WAX authentication method and you will be logged into Dark Emblem!
Purchase a Pack
You can finally purchase a pack. Just click "Buy Emblem Pack" and you can buy a Legendary, Rare, or Common pack. We recommend getting started with a Legendary pack! You can read more about buying packs on our docs.
You will be asked to sign the transaction before it is completed. Verify the transaction details and approve the transaction. Once the block is confirmed, you will see your pack on the Packs page.
Going Forward
From here, there's tons to do!
- Go to our Discord and join raffles for free NFTs
- Open your pack! Simply click the "Open" button on the pack, approve the transaction, and get your collectible card NFTs
- Purchase DREM
- Take your cards and Ascend or Transmogrify them
